Claudia Tagbo, born October 25, 1974 in Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire), is one of the most sparkling and talented comedians on the French scene. Arriving in France at age 6, she trained in theater before joining the Jamel Comedy Club, which brought her to a wide audience.
Her first one-woman show Life Is Life (2012) was a revelation: infectious energy, self-mockery, and observations on cultural differences and the condition of women. Her second show Trop Bonne (2018) confirmed her talent with a national tour that took her to France’s biggest venues.
Claudia Tagbo is also known for her many film and TV appearances, notably in the series Scènes de ménages (M6). She embodies a positive, inclusive humor brimming with vitality that transcends cultural and generational barriers.

Claudia Tagbo was discovered by Jamel Debbouze’s Jamel Comedy Club and regularly works with artists from that school. She has shared the stage with Thomas Ngijol, Waly Dia and many other comedians of the new generation. Her film roles have brought her alongside stars of the French big screen.
Claudia Tagbo performs regularly throughout France, Belgium and Switzerland. She is highly appreciated for corporate galas, family events and charity evenings, where her positive humor and generosity on stage always work wonders.
