Dany Boon, born Daniel Hamidou on June 26, 1966 in Armentières (Nord), is one of France’s most popular artists. An actor, screenwriter and director, he made Bienvenue chez les Ch’tis (2008) — the most-watched French film of all time, with 20 million moviegoers.
His one-man show Dany de Boon des Hauts-de-France (2018-2020) was another triumph, with a tour that included the Stade de France. Throughout his work, he celebrates the authenticity and warmth so dear to the people of northern France.

Dany Boon co-directed the film Bienvenue chez les Ch’tis with Kad Merad and has worked with Line Renaud. His natural generosity makes him a partner of choice.
Dany Boon gave a historic show at the Stade de France in 2019, in front of more than 70,000 spectators. He is regularly sought after for corporate galas, notably for his ability to bring together and entertain audiences of all kinds.
