Nekfeu, born Ken Samaras, is a French rapper and singer-songwriter born on November 15, 1990, in Paris. A member of the S-Crew and 1995 collectives, he is considered one of the most talented and demanding artists of his generation. His finely honed style, dense lyrics and singular poetic universe make him a benchmark of French lyricist rap.
His debut solo album Feu (2015) was an artistic and commercial shock: certified double platinum, it upended the conventions of French rap and sold hundreds of thousands of copies. His album Cyborg (2016) confirmed his place at the top. A rare and exacting artist, Nekfeu chooses his concerts carefully, making each performance all the more precious and memorable.
Nekfeu is a key collaborator within the S-Crew and 1995 collectives. He has also worked with artists outside of rap — notably on film and genre-crossing musical projects. His artistic rigor and high standards make every collaboration an event.
His concerts are rare, eagerly awaited events. Nekfeu has filled legendary venues such as the Olympia and the Zénith de Paris several times. Each tour is a highlight for his fans, marked by meticulous staging and exceptional artistic intensity.
Nekfeu remains one of the most respected artists in French rap. His releases, rare but always eagerly awaited, are consistently major events. In 2023-2024, he continues to work on new projects while performing on stage from time to time.
