Agitateur Media is the agency\u2019s trading brand.<\/p>\n<p>For any question about your data: <a href=\"mailto:contact@agitateurmedia.com\">contact@agitateurmedia.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Data we collect<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Data you provide<\/strong> through the contact form, by email or by phone: name, email address, phone number where applicable, company, the content of your message and details about your project (date, venue, budget, artists or media you have in mind).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Browsing data<\/strong>: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, date and time of visit, referring page. It is collected by our host (technical logs) and by the analytics and advertising tools described below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not collect any sensitive data, and the website is not intended for children under 15.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Purposes and legal bases<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Answering your contact and quote requests<\/strong>, then managing the business relationship: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and performance of a contract.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Running and securing the website<\/strong> (technical logs, abuse prevention): legitimate interest.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Measuring website traffic<\/strong> (Google Analytics) and <strong>measuring the performance of our advertising campaigns<\/strong> (Google Ads): your consent, where required.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sending you information about our services<\/strong> when you are a client or a business contact: legitimate interest, with the right to object at any time and in every message.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Complying with our legal obligations<\/strong> (accounting, tax): legal obligation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Cookies and trackers<\/h2>\n<p>A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. This website uses:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>technical cookies<\/strong>, essential to the operation and security of the website (caching, load balancing). Recipients of your data<\/h2>\n<p>Your data is intended for the Agitateur Media team. It may be shared, strictly as needed, with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>our hosting provider, <strong>o2switch<\/strong> (Chemin des Pardiaux, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google<\/strong> (Google Analytics, Google Ads), for traffic and campaign measurement;<\/li>\n<li>our email and customer relationship management tools;<\/li>\n<li>artists, their agents or managers, and partner media owners, only when necessary to handle your request (for example, to check availability or prepare a proposal).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We never sell or rent your personal data.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Transfers outside the European Union<\/h2>\n<p>As our company is established in the United Kingdom, some data is processed there; the United Kingdom benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Some providers, such as Google, may process data in the United States: these transfers are covered by the EU\u2013US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission\u2019s standard contractual clauses.<\/p>\n<h2>7. We reply within one month.
