4. Cookies and trackers
A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. This website uses:
- technical cookies, essential to the operation and security of the website (caching, load balancing). They do not require consent;
- analytics cookies set by Google Analytics, which tell us how the website is used so that we can improve its content;
- advertising cookies set by Google Ads, which measure conversions from our ads.
YouTube videos embedded on the website use privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): no YouTube cookie is set until you start playback.
You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies, and delete them, at any time from your browser settings. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on provided by Google. Analytics and advertising cookies have a maximum lifetime of 13 months.
5. Recipients of your data
Your data is intended for the Agitateur Media team. It may be shared, strictly as needed, with:

We never sell or rent your personal data.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
As our company is established in the United Kingdom, some data is processed there; the United Kingdom benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Some providers, such as Google, may process data in the United States: these transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention periods
- Contact and quote requests that do not lead to a contract: 3 years from the last exchange.
- Client data: for the duration of the business relationship, then 3 years for marketing purposes; accounting records are kept for 10 years.
- Technical logs: 12 months maximum.
- Analytics and advertising cookies: 13 months maximum; related analytics data: 14 months maximum.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, the right to object (in particular to direct marketing), the right to withdraw your consent at any time and, under French law, the right to set instructions regarding your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@agitateurmedia.com. We reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt.

9. Security
The website is served over HTTPS, and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure: restricted access, strong passwords and regular updates.
